CIRCUIT COURT RULES, 1967

We, the Circuit Court Rules Committee, constituted pursuant to the provisions of section 69 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 , and section 12 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1947 , by virtue of the powers conferred upon us by section 66 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924 , and section 70 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 , and of all other powers enabling us in this behalf, do hereby, with the concurrence of the Minister for Justice, make the annexed Rules of Court.

CIRCUIT COURT RULES, 1967

These Rules, which may be cited as the Circuit Court Rules, 1967, shall come into operation on the 20th day of February, 1967. The Orders referred to in these Rules as being amended or added to are those contained in the Circuit Court Rules, 1950, as amended by the Circuit Court Rules, 1954.

ORDER 10.

Rule 1. Fixed Service Fee.

The sum of 10/- shall be substituted for the sum of 7/6 in Rule 3 of this Order.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Rules, which come into operation on the 20th February, 1967, provide for a revision in the amount of the fee payable to summons servers.
