KILDARE COUNTY COUNCIL (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1966.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers vested in him by sub-section (7) of section 33 of the Local Government Act, 1941 (No. 13 of 1941), hereby orders as follows :—

1. The district electoral divisions of Cloncurry (Edenderry) and Lullymore and the townland of Drumsru in the district electoral division of Kilmeage North in the County Electoral Area of Clane shall cease to form part of the County Electoral Area of Clane and shall be added to and henceforth form part of the County Electoral Area of Kildare and the Schedule to the Kildare County Council (Amendment) Order, 1954 shall be amended accordingly.

2. This Order may be cited as the Kildare County Council (Amendment) Order, 1966.

3. This Order and the Kildare County Council Orders, 1942 to 1954 shall be construed as one and may be cited together as Kildare County Council Orders, 1942 to 1966.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to transfer from the County Electoral Area of Clane to the County Electoral Area of Kildare the district electoral divisions of Cloncurry (Edenderry) and Lullymore and the townland of Drumsru in the district electoral division of Kilmeage North.
