Death benefit—widows.

17.—(1) The widow of the deceased shall be entitled to death benefit if at his death she either was living with him or was being, or would but for the relevant accident have been, wholly or mainly maintained by him.

(2) In the case of a widow, death benefit shall be a pension at the weekly rate of ninety-five shillings.

(3) A pension under this section shall not be payable for any period after the remarriage of the widow.

(4) A widow shall be disqualified for receiving a pension under this section if and so long as she and any person are cohabiting as man and wife.
