Short title, collective citations and commencement. |
3.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Health and Mental Treatment (Amendment) Act, 1966. | |
(2) The Health Acts, 1947 to 1964, and section 1 of this Act may be cited together as the Health Acts, 1947 to 1966. | ||
(3) The Mental Treatment Acts, 1945 to 1961, and section 2 of this Act may be cited together as the Mental Treatment Acts, 1945 to 1966. | ||
(4) This Act shall come into operation on such day as the Minister for Health appoints by order. |
