NOXIOUS WEEDS (MALE WILD HOP PLANT) ORDER, 1965.

I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1936 (No. 38 of 1936), and being satisfied as required by subsection (1) of that section, hereby order as follows:

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Noxious Weeds (Male Wild Hop Plant) Order, 1965.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of September, 1965.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The plant specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a noxious weed in the area specified in Part II of that Schedule.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order declares the male wild hop plant to be a noxious weed for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1936 .
