COUNTY BOROUGH OF CORK (EXTENSION OF BOUNDARY) PROVISIONAL ORDER, 1965 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1965.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by article 2 of the County Borough of Cork (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1965 as confirmed by section 1 of the Local Government Provisional Order Confirmation Act, 1965 (No. 2 Private of 1965) hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the County Borough of Cork (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1965 (Commencement) Order, 1965.

2. The County Borough of Cork (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1965, shall come into force on the 1st day of July, 1965.
