S.I. No. 65/1965 - An Bord Gráin (Assignment of Additional Function) Order, 1965.

I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 7 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 24 of 1958), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the An Bord Gráin (Assignment of Additional Function) Order, 1965.

2. The following function is hereby assigned to An Bord Gráin: importing and selling feed barley in such quantities as may be agreed on by the Minister and the Board from time to time.

3. For the purpose of fulfilling the function assigned to it by this Order An Bord Gráin may arrange for the importation and sale of feed barley on its behalf by agents.
