CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (EXTENSION OF LAWS) REGULATIONS, 1965.

I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947) (as amended by section 11 of the Customs-free Airport (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 29 of 1958)) and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) Regulations, 1965.

2. The Exchange Control (No. 3) Regulations, 1964 ( S.I. No. 266 of 1964 ), shall extend to the Customs-free Airport.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations extend to the Customs-free Airport the Exchange Control (No. 3) Regulations, 1964, ( S.I. No. 266 of 1964 ).

The Exchange Control (No. 3) Regulations, 1964 amend the list of Scheduled Territories for the purposes of the Exchange Control Acts, 1954 to 1962.
