COURT OFFICERS ACT, 1945 (SECTION 12) (COUNTY OF CORK) ORDER, 1964.

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (c) of subsection (3) of section 12 of the Court Officers Act, 1945 (No. 25 of 1945), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Court Officers Act, 1945 (Section 12) (County of Cork) Order, 1964.

2. The powers, duties, authorities, rights and obligations of the former under-sheriff of the county of Cork in relation to the execution of warrants issued under section 91 of the Lands Clauses Consolidation Act, 1845, are hereby transferred from the county registrar for the county of Cork to the sheriff of the county of Cork.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
