CONTROL OF IMPORTS (QUOTA No. 10, THIRTY-THIRD PERIOD) (ROAD VEHICLE BODIES) ORDER, 1964.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Control of Imports Acts, 1934 to 1964, hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Imports (Quota No. 10, Thirty-third Period) (Road Vehicle Bodies) Order, 1964.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The period specified in the second column of the Schedule to this Order is hereby appointed to be the next quota period under the quota order specified in the first column of the said Schedule and the quantity of goods to which such quota order applies specified in the third column of the said Schedule is hereby appointed to be the quota in respect of the said next quota period.

The period beginning on the 1st day of January, 1965, and ending on the 31st day of December, 1965.

Fifty articles.

Certain completely or substantially assembled road vehicle bodies or road vehicle body shells imported otherwise than attached to chassis.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Instrument appoints the quantity of Road Vehicle Bodies which may be imported during the period 1st January, 1965, to 31st December, 1965, at 50 articles.
