FISHERIES (CONSOLIDATION) ACT, 1959 (SALMON DEALER'S LICENCE) REGULATIONS, 1963.

I, BRIAN Ó LUINEACHÁIN, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Lands, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 4 and 159 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 (No. 14 of 1959), and the Fisheries (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1961 ( S.I. No. 258 of 1961 ), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 (Salmon Dealer's Licence) Regulations, 1963.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of December, 1963.

3. The form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations is hereby prescribed as the form of application for a salmon dealer's licence within the meaning of Part X of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 (No. 14 of 1959).

4. Paragraph (1) of Regulation 4 of, and Part I of the First Schedule to, the Fisheries Act, 1925 (Regulations) Order, 1925 ( S. R. & O. No. 55 of 1925 ), are hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

APPLICATION FOR THE ISSUE OF A LICENCE FOR THE SALE OF SALMON AND TROUT UNDER PART X OF THE FISHERIES (CONSOLIDATION) ACT, 1959 .

the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1962 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE
