CORK HEALTH AUTHORITY AREA (REGISTRARS' DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1963.

I, PÁDRAIG Ó CINNÉIDE, an tArd-Chláraitheoir, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863 and section 8 of the Registration of Marriages (Ireland) Act, 1863, hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Cork Health Authority Area (Registrars' Districts) Order, 1963.

2. The division of the Cork Health Authority Area into Registrars' Districts shall be varied as follows—

(a) The townlands of Killard, Killeens, Ballygrohan and Knocknagorty in the District Electoral Division of St. Mary's shall be transferred from Cork Rural No. 2 Registrar's District to Blarney Registrar's District.

(b) The townland of Lota Beg in the District Electoral Division of Rathcooney shall be transferred from Whitechurch Registrar's District to Cork Urban No. 1 Registrar's District.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the Eighteenth day of November, 1963.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to vary the boundaries of the Registrars' Districts in the Cork Health Authority Area by transferring—

(a) the townlands of Killard, Killeens, Ballygrohan and Knocknagorty from Cork Rural No. 2 Registrar's District to Blarney Registrar's District; and

(b) the townland of Lota Beg from Whitechurch Registrar's District to Cork Urban No. 1 Registrar's District.
