IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (IRON AND STEEL PRODUCTS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1963.

I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), and with the consent of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Iron and Steel Products) (Amendment) Order, 1963.

2. The Imposition of Duties (Iron and Steel Products) Order, 1963 ( S.I. No. 19 of 1963 ) is hereby amended by the substitution of " 1st day of August, 1963 " for " 1st day of May, 1963 " in paragraph 2.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order continues to 31st July, 1963 the suspension of the Customs duties imposed by Imposition of Duties (No. 132) (Iron and Steel Products) Order, 1963 in so far as they apply to iron and steel bars, rods, angles, shapes, sections, sheets and plates of certain sizes.
