COUNTY KERRY (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1961.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 51 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953) hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the County Kerry (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1961.

2. The division of County Kerry into dispensary districts shall be varied by the abolition of Castlemaine Dispensary District and the addition of the area heretofore comprising the said Castlemaine Dispensary District and described in the Schedule hereto, to Milltown Dispensary District.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, nineteen hundred and sixty-one.

SCHEDULE.

AREA TO BE ADDED TO MILLTOWN DISPENSARY DISTRICT.

(a) The townlands of Ardcanaght, Boolteens East, Boolteens West, Castledrum and Farna comprising the District Electoral Division of Boolteens.

(b) Roscullen Island and thirteen other islands in Castlemaine Harbour; the townlands of Ardabaun, Caherfealane, Caherfealane-Marsh, Cloonearagh, Corkaboy, Fybagh, Gortaleen, Gortaleen Mountain, Gortaneden, Gortnahulla, Keel, Laghtacallow, Lassaboy, Ross, Shanahill, Shanahill East, Shanakeal and Tober comprising the District Electoral Division of Kilgarrylander.

(c) The townlands of Annagh, Ardatedaun, Ballycrispin, Ballygamboon Lower, Ballygamboon Upper, Ballynamona Lower, Ballynamona Upper, Ballyraymeen Lower, Ballyraymeen Upper, Castlemaine, Cloghleagh, Cloonalassan, Cunnavoola, Cuss, Gransha Lower, Gransha Upper, Killeagh, Killeenafinnane, Laharan, Lisnanoul, Meanus and Tonreagh comprising the District Electoral Division of Kiltallagh.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to vary the division of County Kerry into dispensary districts by the abolition of Castlemaine Dispensary District and the addition of the area heretofore comprising Castlemaine Dispensary District to Milltown Dispensary District.
