CORK COUNTY BOROUGH (EXTENSION OF PLANNING DISTRICT) ORDER, 1960 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1961.

The Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers vested in him by subsection (5) of section 21 of the Town and Regional Planning Act, 1934 (No. 22 of 1934), hereby orders as follows :—

1. The Cork County Borough (Extension of Planning District) Order, 1960 ( S.I. No. 250 of 1960 ) is hereby revoked.

2. This Order may be cited as the Cork County Borough (Extension of Planning District) Order, 1960 (Revocation) Order, 1961.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order revokes the Cork County Borough (Extension of Planning District) Order, 1960 ( S.I. No. 250 of 1960 ) which extended the planning district (for the purposes of the Town and Regional Planning Act, 1934 ) which includes the County Borough of Cork by adding thereto the portion of the County Health District of South Cork described in the Schedule to the said Order.
