Amendment of section 48 of Act of 1952.

17.—Section 48 of the Act of 1952 is hereby amended by the substitution in paragraph (b) of subsection (2) for “other benefit or otherwise”of “any one or more of the following, that is to say, benefit, assistance under the Unemployment Assistance Acts, 1933 to 1960, a pension under the Old Age Pensions Acts, 1908 to 1960, or a widow's (non-contributory) pension under the Widows' and Orphans' Pensions Acts, 1935 to 1960, or otherwise.”.
