DUBLIN HEALTH AUTHORITY AREA (REGISTRARS' DISTRICTS) (NUMBER 2) ORDER, 1960.

I, PÁDRAIG Ó CINNÉIDE, an tArd-Chláraitheoir, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863, and section 8 of the Registration of Marriages (Ireland) Act, 1863, hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Health Authority Area (Registrars' Districts) (Number 2), Order, 1960.

2. The division of the Dublin Health Authority Area into Registrars' districts shall be varied by the transfer from Lucan Registrar's District to Blanchardstown and Castleknock Registrar's District of the area described in the Schedule to this Order.

3. In the Schedule to this Order:—

(a) a reference to a road, railway or bridge shall be construed as a reference to the centre line of such road, railway or bridge;

(b) a reference to a field identified by its area in acres shall be construed as a reference to the field, the area of which is shown as that number of acres in the 1940 edition of the Ordnance Survey 25 Inch Scale Map—Dublin (Castleknock) Sheet 13 XV;

(c) the "railway line" means the railway from Amiens Street Railway Station to Dunboyne;

(d) a reference to a boundary means that boundary as existing immediately before the coming into operation of this Order.

4. This Order shall come into operation on the second day of January, 1961.

SCHEDULE.

Description of area transferred from Lucan Registrar's District to Blanchardstown and Castleknock Registrar's District.

(a) the townlands of Blakestown, Coolmine, Sheepmoor and Hartstown;

(b) that part of the townland of Kellystown which is north of the railway line;

(c) that part of the townland of Clonsilla which is north of the railway line and east of a line drawn from the point of intersection of the railway line by the western boundary of the townland of Kellystown, northwards across Callaghan Bridge over the Royal Canal; thence in northerly and easterly directions successively along the public road to its intersection by the imaginary southerly projection of the western boundary of the 7.649 acres field in Clonsilla Townland; thence in a northerly direction along the said imaginary projection and boundary to the junction of the boundary with the southern boundary of the 3.173 acres field in the same townland; thence in westerly and north westerly directions, respectively, along the southern and south-western boundaries of the last mentioned field; thence along the imaginary westerly projection of the last mentioned boundary to its intersection by the eastern boundary of the .515 acre field in the same townland; thence in north-easterly and north-westerly directions respectively along the eastern and northern boundaries of the last mentioned field to the junction of the northern boundary of that field with the western boundary of the 4.913 acres field in the same townland; thence in a northerly direction along the western boundaries of this field and the 5.598 acres field in the same townland to the junction of the western boundary of the 5.598 acres field with the southern boundary of the 12.919 acres field in the same townland; thence in westerly and northerly directions respectively, along the southern and western boundaries of the 12.919 acres field to the junction of the western boundary of this field with the southern boundary of the townland of Hartstown.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to vary the division of the Dublin Health Authority Area into Registrars' Districts by adding portion of Lucan Registrar's District to Blanchardstown and Castleknock Registrar's District.
