DUBLIN HEALTH AUTHORITY AREA (REGISTRARS' DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1960.

I, PADRAIG Ó CINNÉIDE, an tÁrd-Chláraitheoir, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act 1863, and section 8 of the Registration of Marriages (Ireland) Act 1863, hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Health Authority Area (Registrars' Districts) Order, 1960.

2. The division of the Dublin Health Authority Area into Registrars' Districts shall be varied as follows:—

The area described in Part I of the Schedule hereto shall cease to form part of Clondalkin Registrar's District and the area described in Part II of the said Schedule shall cease to form part of Rathfarnham Registrar's District and both the said areas shall form part of the South City No. 7 Registrar's District.

3. In the schedule to this Order:—

(a) A reference to a road or fence shall be construed as a reference to the centre line of such road or fence;

(b) A reference to an existing boundary means that boundary as existing immediately before the coming into operation of this Order.

(c) A reference to the County Borough boundary means the existing boundary of the County Borough of Dublin.

4. This Order shall come into operation on the fifth day of December, Nineteen hundred and sixty.

SCHEDULE.

PART I.

Description of Area taken from Clondalkin Registrar's District to form part of South City No. 7 Registrar's District.

The area bounded by a line drawn from the intersection of the main Dublin to Naas Road by the County Borough boundary in a north-easterly direction along the last-mentioned road to its intersection by the imaginary north westerly projection of the fence which forms the northern boundary of the hereditaments bearing reference numbers on valuation map 18 XIII B County Dublin (revised 1936) 41, Naas Road (Drimnagh townland), rated in the name of Patrick O'Daly and 2E Drimnagh townland rated in the name of Mrs. Marie O'Neill; thence in south easterly and easterly directions successively along the last-mentioned boundary fence and along its imaginary easterly projection to its point of intersection by the boundary of the South City No. 7 Registrar's District; thence generally in south westerly and southerly directions successively along the last-mentioned boundary to its junction with the common boundary of South City No. 7 and Rathfarnham Registrars' Districts; thence along this common boundary in a south westerly direction to its junction with the County Borough boundary; thence in westerly, north westerly, northerly, south easterly and north westerly directions successively along the County Borough boundary to the starting point.

PART II.

Description of the area taken from Rathfarnham Registrar's District to form part of South City No. 7 Registrar's District.

The area bounded by a line drawn from the junction of Walkinstown Road and Drimnagh Road in a south westerly direction along the first mentioned road and Greenhills Road to the junction of the last mentioned road with the eastern boundary of Kilnamanagh townland; thence in westerly and north westerly directions successively along the last mentioned boundary to its junction with the southern boundary of Robinhood townland; thence generally in a north easterly direction along the eastern boundary of Robinhood townland to its junction with the common boundary between Clondalkin and Rathfarnham Registrars' Districts; thence in a north easterly direction along this boundary to the starting point.
