COUNTY MANAGEMENT (JOINT BODIES) ORDER, 1960.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 8 of the County Management Act, 1940 (No. 12 of 1940) hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the County Management (Joint Bodies) Order, 1960.

2. (1) The Cork City Manager and Town Clerk shall be manager for the Cork Health Authority ;

(2) The Dublin City Manager and Town Clerk shall be manager for the Dublin Health Authority ;

(3) The Limerick City Manager and Town Clerk shall be manager for the Limerick Health Authority ; and

(4) The Waterford County Manager shall be manager for the Waterford Health Authority.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government this Fifteenth day of June, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

By this Order, the Minister for Local Government appoints as managers for the Cork, Dublin, Limerick and Waterford Health Authorities respectively the Cork, Dublin and Limerick City Managers and the Waterford County Manager.
