APPRENTICESHIP ACT, 1959 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1960.

I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 3 of the Apprenticeship Act, 1959 (No. 39 of 1959), hereby order as follows.

1. This Order may be cited as the Apprenticeship Act, 1959 (Establishment Day) Order, 1960.

2. The 11th day of April, 1960, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Apprenticeship Act, 1959 (No. 39 of 1959).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of this Order is to appoint 11th April, 1960 as the day for the establishment of An Cheard Chomhairle under the Apprenticeship Act, 1959 .
