AIR-RAID PRECAUTIONS (CESSER OF CERTAIN SCHEDULED URBAN AREAS) ORDER, 1960.

I CAOIMHGHÍN Ó BEÓLÁIN, Aire Cosanta, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 10 of the Air-Raid Precautions Act, 1939 (No. 21 of 1939), hereby order as follows :

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Air-Raid Precautions (Cesser of Certain Scheduled Urban Areas) Order, 1960.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1960.

2.—It is hereby declared that the areas specified in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be scheduled urban areas for the purposes of Part II of the Air-Raid Precautions Act, 1939 (No. 21 of 1939).

SCHEDULE.

The urban district of Bray.

The urban district of Cobh.

The borough of Drogheda.

The urban district of Dundalk.

The borough of Wexford.
