Widow's (contributory) pension for certain widows of pensionable age before commencement of this section.
21.—A widow to whom a pension under the Old Age Pensions Acts, 1908 to 1959, is, by virtue of section 79 of the Principal Act—
(a) in course of payment immediately before the commencement of this section, or
(b) awarded after the commencement of this section in respect of a period ending immediately before the commencement of this section,
shall, subject to the provisions of the Acts, be entitled to widow's (contributory) pension as on and from the commencement of this section.
