IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (ISINGLASS AND EDIBLE GELATINE) ORDER, 1959.

I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), and with the consent of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Isinglass and Edible Gelatine.) Order, 1959.

2. The Suspension of Duty on Isinglass and Edible Gelatine Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 65 of 1959 ), is hereby amended by the substitution of " 1st day or November, 1960 " for " 31st day of October, 1959 " in paragraph 2.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to extend to 31st October, 1960, the period of suspension of the Customs duty on isinglass and edible gelatine in solid form.
