IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (No. 73) (WHEAT) ORDER 1959.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (No. 73) (Wheat) Order, 1959.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the tenth day of August, 1959.

3. The Imposition of Duties (No. 49) (Wheat) Order, 1958 ( S.I. No. 222 of 1958 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order frees imported wheat from the customs duty of £2 a ton which was imposed by the imposition of Duties (No. 49) (Wheat) Order, 1958.
