LOUGH CORRIB NAVIGATION ACT, 1945 (SECTION 13) ORDER, 1958.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 13 of the Lough Corrib Navigation Act, 1945 (No. 37 of 1945), and on the application of the Lough Corrib Navigation Trustees, hereby order as follows :

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Lough Corrib Navigation Act, 1945 (Section 13) Order, 1958.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 8th day of December, 1958.

2. The Lough Corrib Navigation Trustees may abandon the portion of the Navigation and the works forming part thereof described in the Schedule to this Order.

University Road Bridge and the Navigation thereunder.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of this Order is to authorise the Lough Corrib Navigation Trustees to abandon the University Road Bridge and the Navigation thereunder on the Eglinton Canal at Galway.
