AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1958 (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1958.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 2 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 24 of 1958), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (Appointed Day) Order, 1958.

2. The 1st day of August, 1958, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of sections 2 and 3 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 24 of 1958).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The Order fixes " the appointed day " in connection with wheat levy payable under the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 24 of 1958).
