DUBLIN DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY, 1958) ORDER, 1958.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in pursuance of subsection (2) of section 11 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by that subsection, hereby order as follows (the year 1958 being, in the case of the Dublin District Milk Board, a third year such as is referred to in that subsection) :

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin District Milk Board (Election Day, 1958) Order, 1958.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The 31st day of July, 1958, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Dublin District Milk Board.
