WHEAT ORDER, 1957 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1957.

I, SEÁN MOYLAN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1956 (No. 5 of 1956), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Wheat Order, 1957 (Amendment) Order, 1957.

2. Paragraph (3) of Article 15 of the Wheat Order, 1957 ( S.I. No. 133 of 1957 ), shall, as respects wheat sold on or after the 1st day of November, 1957, have effect as if " 8d." were substituted for " 7d."

Explanatory Note.

The Order increases by 1d. per barrel per month, in respect of artificially dried wheat sold by a licensed wheat dealer on or after 1st November, 1957, the interest and storage charge permitted under Article 15 (3) of the Wheat Order, 1957.
