WICKLOW COUNTY (EXTENSION OF BOUNDARY) PROVISIONAL ORDER, 1957 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1957.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by article 2 of the Wicklow County (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1957 as confirmed by the Local Government Provisional Order Confirmation Act, 1957 by this his Order appoints as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Wicklow County (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1957 (Commencement) Order, 1957.

2. The Wicklow County (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1957 shall come into force on the 1st day of November, 1957.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government this twenty-fifth day of October, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-seven.

Explanatory Note.

This Order brings into force on 1st November, 1957, the Wicklow County (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1957, which extends the boundary of County Wicklow.
