HARBOUR RATES (DUBLIN PORT AND DOCKS BOARD) (RATES FOR WATCHING DANGEROUS OR COMBUSTIBLE GOODS) ORDER, 1957.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), and after due compliance with section 106 of the said Act, hereby order as follows :—

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Dublin Port and Docks Board) (Rates for Watching Dangerous or Combustible Goods) Order, 1957.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 16th day of July, 1957.

2. The rate of three shillings and sixpence per hour is hereby fixed as the maximum rate to be charged by the Dublin Port and Docks Board in respect of watching any dangerous or combustible goods.

3. The Harbour Rates (Dublin Port and Docks Board) (Rates for Watching Dangerous or Combustible Goods) Order, 1949 ( S.I. No. 343 of 1949 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

Under the above Order the Dublin Port and Docks Board may, from the 16th day of July, 1957, charge the specified increased charge for the watching of dangerous goods.
