SWINE FEVER INFECTED AREA ORDER, 1956 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1957.

I, PROINSIAS MAC AOGÁIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Agriculture Acts, 1931 to 1955, and the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1894 to 1954, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Swine Fever Infected Area Order, 1956 (Amendment) Order, 1957.

2. The Swine Fever Infected Area Order, 1956 ( S.I. No. 223 of 1956 ), as amended by the Swine Fever Infected Area Order, 1956 (Amendment) Order, 1956 ( S.I. No. 276 of 1956 ), is hereby further amended by the deletion in Article 2 of " and that part of the administrative County of Dublin comprising the rural district of Rathdown No. 1 (including the Borough of Dun Laoire) ".

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 14th May, 1957.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to remove the restrictions on the movement of pigs out of, into and within the former Rural District of Rathdown No. 1 (including the Borough of Dún Laoire) and to confine the restrictions to the Couuny Borough of Dublin.
