HEALTH (AGE LIMIT FOR SPECIFIED OFFICE) ORDER, 1957.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 23 of the Local Government Act, 1941 , as adapted by the Health (Transfer of Departmental, Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1947, (S.R. and O. 1947 No. 58) and as amended by section 24 of the Local Government Act, 1955 , hereby declares and orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Age Limit for Specified Office) Order, 1957.

2. The age of sixty-five years shall be the age limit for the office, under the Carlow Mental Hospital Board, of resident medical superintendent for the destrict mental hospital at Carlow.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order fixes the age of 65 years as the age limit for the office, under Carlow Mental Hospital Board, of resident medical superintendent for the district mental hospital at Carlow.
