Non-application of Insurance Acts, 1909 to 1953.

25.—The Insurance Acts, 1909 to 1953, shall not apply in relation to—

(a) the Board,

(b) a person who pays a subscription to the Board,

(c) a scheme under section 4 of this Act, or

(d) a contract of insurance made after the passing of this Act under which insurance is provided solely against the whole or part of the cost of any medical, surgical, hospital or other health service.
