FACTORIES ACT, 1955 (BIRTH CERTIFICATES) REGULATIONS, 1956.

The Minister for Health in ex reise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of Section 114 of the Factories Act, 1955 (No. 10 of 1955), with the consent of the Minister for Industry and Commerce and the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations :

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Factories Act, 1955 (Birth Certificates) Regulations, 1956.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1st October, 1956.

3. The appointed fee for the purposes of Section 114 of the Factories Act, 1955 , shall be one shilling for each certified copy of an entry in a register of births.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These regulations fix at one shilling the fee for obtaining a birth certificate for the purposes of the Factories Act, 1955 .
