AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS (RESTRICTION OF EXPORT) (No. 2) ORDER, 1956.

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), hereby order as follows :

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) (No. 2) Order, 1956.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of May, 1956.

2. In this Order—

" the Principal Order " means the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1953 ( S.I. No. 234 of 1953 ) ;

" the Order of 1954 " means the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1954 ( S.I. No. 262 of 1954 ).

3. Article 3 of the Principal Order, as amended by Article 4 of the Order of 1954, is hereby amended by the substitution in paragraph (4) of " , 23 and 24 " for " and 23 ".

4. Part I of the Schedule to the Principal Order, as amended by paragraph 5 of the Order of 1954, is hereby amended—

(a) by the deletion of " oats," in paragraph 2 ;

(b) by the deletion of paragraph 3 ;

(c) by the deletion of paragraph 4 ;

(d) by the substitution in paragraph 11 of " dead, or any part thereof " for " whether live or dead " ; and

(e) by the deletion of " Pork," in paragraph 14.

5. Part II of the Schedule to the Principal Order, as amended by Article 6 of the Order of 1954, is hereby amended by the addition of the following paragraph :

" 24. Pork."
