Prohibition on pigs of a colour other than all white.

6.—(1) Pigs of a colour other than all white shall not be used for breeding purposes.

(2) Pigs of a colour other than all white shall not be kept, disposed of (including sold) or acquired (including purchased).

(3) Every person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence under this section and shall be liable on summary conviction thereof to a fine not exceeding ten pounds for every pig in respect of which the offence is committed.

(4) Any offence under this section may be prosecuted by or at the suit of the Minister as prosecutor.

(5) Proceedings for an offence under this section shall not be instituted except by or with the consent of the Minister.
