Amendment of section 5 of Principal Act. |
2.— Section 5 of the Principal Act is hereby amended by the insertion after subsection (1) of the following subsection: | |
“(1A) For the purposes of this Act and any regulations under section 6 of this Act, a vehicle shall itself be deemed to be a place separate and distinct from the premises in which such vehicle is ordinarily kept, and the word ‘place’ and the expression ‘specified place’ shall in this Act and in any such regulations be construed accordingly.” |
