WHEAT MILLING (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1955.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Wheat Milling (Amendment) Order, 1955.

2. Article 3 of the Wheat Milling Order, 1955 ( S.I. No. 74 of 1955 ), is hereby amended—

(i) by the insertion, in paragraph (1), of " and wheaten meal after " flour,"

(ii) by the deletion of subparagraph (b) of paragraph (2).
