Borrowing for rural electrification. |
3.—The borrowing powers conferred on the Board by section 4 of the Act of 1954 may be exercised to provide moneys for the electrification of rural areas and, accordingly, in subsection (2) of the section, the words “other than the electrification of rural areas” are hereby repealed. |
