EMERGENCY POWERS (SUSPENSION ORDERS) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1954.

I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 15 of the Emergency Powers (No. 227) Order, 1942 (S. R. & O. No. 417 of 1942), and Article 15 of the Emergency Powers (No. 267) Order, 1943 (S. R. & O. No. 102 of 1943), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (Suspension Orders) (Revocation) Order, 1954.

2. The Emergency Powers (No. 227) Order, 1942 (Suspension of Article 12 (2) ) Order, 1943 (S. R. & O. No. 329 of 1943), and the Emergency Powers (No. 267) Order, 1943 (Suspension of Article 12 (2) ) Order, 1943 (S. R. & O. No. 330 of 1943), are hereby revoked.
