	Grants and advances to Fund out of Exchequer.	7.—(1) The Minister may, from time to time, with the consent of the Minister for Finance pay into the Fund out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas such sums as may be required to enable payments to be made under section 6.
		(2) Payments into the Fund under this section may be made either by way of grant or of advances repayable on such terms as may be approved by the Minister for Finance.
