WEXFORD PUBLIC ASSISTANCE DISTRICT (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1953.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by subsection (2) of Section 40 of the Public Assistance Act, 1939 (No. 27 of 1939) hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Wexford Public Assistance District (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1953, and shall come into operation on the 5th day of November, 1953.

2. The division of the Wexford Public Assistance District into Dispensary Districts shall be varied as follows :—

(a) The Dispensary District of Enniscorthy shall cease to exist and in lieu thereof there shall be two Dispensary Districts to be known respectively as the Dispensary District of Enniscorthy, North and the Dispensary District of Enniscorthy, South.

(b) The Dispensary District of Enniscorthy, North shall comprise the District Electoral Divisions and the portions of District Electoral Divisions which are specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto.

(c) The Dispensary District of Enniscorthy, South shall comprise the District Electoral Divisions and the portions of District Electoral Divisions which are specified in Part II of the Schedule hereto.

3. In the Schedule to this Order a reference to a line drawn along any road or street shall, save where the context otherwise requires, be construed as a reference to a line drawn along the middle of the road or street.

SCHEDULE.

PART I.

1. The District Electoral Divisions of Kilcormick, Marshalstown and Tinnacross.

2. That part of the Enniscorthy Rural District Electoral Division and the Enniscorthy Urban District Electoral Division which lies north of a line commenncing at the point where the western boundary of the Townland of Carrigabruse intersects Ross Road, thence eastwards along the said road to the point where the boundary of the Urban District of Enniscorthy intersects the said road continuing eastwards along Wafer Street, thence across Market Square to SlaneyStreet, thence eastwards along Slaney Street and across Enniscorthy Bridge, thence in a north-easterly direction along Templeshannon to the junction of Templeshannon with the road known as the Shannon, thence in a south-easterly direction along the said road and Shannon Hill to the point where the said boundary intersects the road known as Drumgoold (County Road No. 519), thence in an easterly and north easterly direction along the southern boundaries of the townlands of Templeshannon and Clonhasten to the point where the boundary of the townland of Clonhasten meets the boundary of the townland of Tomnafinshogue, thence in a south-easterly and easterly direction along Road No. 39M to the point where the eastern boundary of the District Electoral Division of Enniscorthy Rural intersects the said road.

PART II.

1. The District Electoral Division of Edermine.

2. That part of the District Electoral Division of Enniscorthy Rural and the District Electoral Division of Enniscorthy Urban lying south of the line described at paragraph 2 of Part I of this Schedule.
