LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SANITARY SERVICES) ACT, 1948 (SECTION 34) (BOROUGH OF GALWAY) ORDER, 1953.

The Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (2) of Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (No. 3 of 1948), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (Section 34) (Borough of Galway) Order, 1953.

2. Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 , shall come into operation in the Borough of Galway on the seventh day after the date of this Order.
