DONEGAL PUBLIC ASSISTANCE DISTRICT (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1953.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of Section 40 of the Public Assistance Act, 1939 (No. 27 of 1939) hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Donegal Public Assistance District (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1953.

2. The division of the Donegal Public Assistance District into Dispensary Districts shall be varied as follows :—

(a) the townlands of Croaghanarget and Cronacarkfree shall cease to form part of the Tantallon Dispensary District and shall become and be part of the Glenties Dispensary District ;

(b) the townland of Doocrow shall cease to form part of the Donegal Dispensary District and shall become and be part of the Glenties Dispensary District.
