GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY BOARD ESTABLISHMENT ORDER, 1953.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 6 of the Great Northern Railway Act, 1953 (No. 17 of 1953), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Great Northern Railway Board Establishment Order, 1953.

2. The Great Northern Railway Board shall stand established on the 1st day of September, 1953, being the date agreed upon in pursuance of subsection (2) of section 6 of the Great Northern Railway Act, 1953 .
