LETTERKENNY RAILWAY (LETTERKENNY-FARLAND POINT) TERMINATION OF TRAIN SERVICES ORDER, 1953.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 9 of the Railways Act, 1933 (No. 9 of 1933), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Letterkenny Railway (Letterkenny-Farland Point) Termination of Train Services Order, 1953.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3. The Londonderry and Lough Swilly Railway Company is hereby authorised, notwithstanding any statutory, contractual or other obligation to the contrary, to terminate wholly the service of trains run on the first day of July, 1953, by the company over the railway line between Letterkenny and Farland Point.
