PUBLIC ROADS (NOTICE OF DECLARATION) REGULATIONS, 1953.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Local Government Acts, 1925 to 1953 hereby prescribes as follows :—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Roads (Notice of Declaration) Regulations, 1953.

2. The notice required to be published pursuant to subsection (2) of Section 2 of the Local Government Act, 1953 (No. 12 of 1953), of intention to consider the making of a declaration that a road shall be a public road shall contain the following particulars :—

(a) a statement of the intention of the road authority to consider the making of the declaration ;

(b) the time and place of the meeting of the road authority at which it is proposed to consider the making of the declaration ;

(c) the location, terminal points and length of the road.
