CHEESE (LEVY) ORDER, 1951 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1953.

I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Cheese (Levy) Order, 1951 (Revocation) Order, 1953.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 6th day of May, 1953.

2. The Cheese (Levy) Order, 1951 ( S.I. No. 247 of 1951 ) is hereby revoked.
