EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 320) ORDER, 1944 (WIRE NETTING) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1952.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (Wire Netting) (Amendment) Order, 1952.

2. The Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (S. R. & O., No. 156 of 1944), shall, in so far as it suspends a duty of customs on articles mentioned at reference number 15 in the First Schedule to that Order, cease to have effect as respects articles imported on or after the 5th day of August, 1952.
