MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS ACT, 1951 (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1952.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (1) of Section 1 of the Medical Practitioners Act, 1951 (No. 29 of 1951) hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Medical Practitioners Act, 1951 (Appointed Day) Order, 1952.

2. The appointed day for the purposes of the Medical Practitioners Act, 1951 , shall be the 1st day of January, 1953.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this seventeenth day of July, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-two.
